A Schedule with Appointments

Another week gone in my missionary career. Goodness its strange to think that this next week that there will be missionaries within this mission with fewer transfers under their belt than I.
I cannot believe how many miracles my companion and I witnessed this week. Really until this last week we've spent nearly every second of our dear sweet time with a open schedule with nothing but LUCHAR written. We have taken enough No's to finally find some people to teach. I think we might have even spent more time teaching this week than contacting. WHAT?
And guess what? I. Love. Teaching. I really, really do. Especially when I'm teaching 4 out of our 5 progressing investigators in English:) ha,ha and the others need a Book of Mormon in Bulgarian. HA! Who knew I'd come all this way to Spain to not speak Spanish.
But in truth, I cannot believe how beautiful it is and spiritually uplifting to teach and see the spirit work through people.

We have one family S... and N... who its felt like we've been shoving the Book of Mormon down their throat, and finally, finally, truly like a light bulb going off, it made sense and it worked with his beloved Bible.
Another one of our investigators is devouring the Book of Mormon. A... she loved women's conference and really wants to follow Christ. I was able to connect with her and her passion for humanitarian work, and I really feel like Heavenly Father sent me here for a reason!
As well as that family that has a need for a Book of Mormon, we just committed them to a "fecha" and they truly are sincere in their desires to follow Christ as well. C... who was once one of our investigators, one that we contacted and began teaching, moved to Pamplona, and the Missionaries there committed him to "fecha" and it sounds like his faith is growing.

So things are looking up for our Burgos B and Burgos A. We went Paint balling for preparation day. I know, who would have thought the first time I'd go paint balling it would be on my Mission. It was terrifying.
So in a somewhat spiritual conclusion, none of the people we found to teach, was it our doing. We could only ensure that we talked to everyone. Everyone. And Heavenly Father, he guided them to us.
With Q... this truly was the case.
Elder Bown and I found him and he truly sounded like a "Oro" or golden. He was trying religions, and he was looking into Christian, but he said he felt like he needed a guide... ha,ha That's us!!! He left us with his phone number and we left him so excited.
Unfortunately he had lied to us, and it was a fake number. We were a little frustrated, but we moved on. Weeks passed and my dear companion checked into the hospital. While I was on splits with Elder Richardson, you'd never believe who we saw.. ha,ha yes dear Q... and he was terrified to see me:) Of all the people in Burgos... I couldn't believe it, but I know there are no coincidences. Ha,ha I told him we knew he lied, and I wanted to know the truth whether he really wanted to know anything. He said not really. I then told him to give me 30 minutes of his time to convince him otherwise. We then went to give the first lesson, and then, then we left with his number. A real one, and we've since then continued to teach him, and get him the Book of Mormon.
So a very long story to let you all know that God, Heavenly Father, He knows us. He is in the fine details of our lives. I know that Q... needs this gospel, and so does Heavenly Father. It's what he's looking for, and Heavenly Father wants to give him every opportunity He can offer. I love this gospel. I love the message of hope it gives to all current and future families. We can progress and grow together supported by the love of an all merciful Savior. I am so lucky I have the chance to share that message every day.
I love you all.
